To begin the project, we will deep dive into your mission, vision, customer touchpoints, and more with our design questionnaire and kickoff call, followed up by a creative strategy plan.
In this phase, we keep it simple but go big on competitor research and positioning, while connecting the dots between your mission, your unique traits, and your target audience. We’ll then bring all of this together to build a foundation for conveying your brand visually through type, color, graphics, and photography style.
Structure
Once you approve the plan, we’ll get to work on your brand. Using the one-concept approach, we’ll present your full brand system with recorded video mockups and in-context examples so you can see how it all works together.
No element goes unexplained, and you’ll come away knowing exactly why we went with this font or that hex code. Many of our brands include hand-drawn elements so that you’ll also have unique illustrated features that you won’t find on someone else’s website.

Next up is a Squarespace site design, which we'll align to your visual brand and center in intentionality so that the result is driven by function, user-friendliness, and current design principles.
Everything we do is created so individually that you won’t see our fingerprints after we’re done with your design. Our aesthetic is totally contoured to your needs so you can scale your biz in a way that feels uniquely you, all within the easy-to-use Squarespace platform.
Dwell
If we’re working on collateral, we’ll complete these final design pieces at the end of the project through design days that help you knock out your to-do list and get the design items you need.
And finally, it’s time to celebrate your new branding! (Which, of course, you’re madly in love with.)
Once our project comes to a close, you’ll receive everything you need to launch your site.
