Through their resources and accreditation process, MACTE helps to improve academic degree and certificate programs for Montessori professional educators.

When MACTE reached out to us, they were working with 28-year-old branding that simply fell flat in today’s online space. They needed a cohesive visual identity that reflects the encouraging presence they’ve worked hard to cultivate over the years, and that also feels education-appropriate without being too stuffy or expected. We found the perfect balance between formal and welcoming for the MACTE brand by pairing sharp typography with a primary-adjacent color palette, and some Montessori-specific “doodles” for a dose of playfulness.
